Looks nice, another thought is that the Cosmos case is big, so you may want an extension cable for the 4/8pin ATX connector near the CPU socket.

Highlighted the motherboard power connectors for you,

With a PSU in the floor of the case and the 8pin ATX high up on the motherboard, some PSU's cant reach especially if its a really big case.

Anybody question any of the items?

Cant see anything wrong, the board comes with SATA cables and the Kuhler has paste already applied.

Is the power supply sufficient for a non gaming rig?

Its plenty for that spec, but what GFX cards do you have? just in case you have something to much for the PSU?
