Just shows how people's opinion differ! I enjoyed the first episode much more.

I found the first episode quite dark, the 2nd ramped up the comedy and took the show in a completely different direction - i found it quite jarring tbh!

The first episode I was thinking “oh FFS another thing about zombies” even though the show was observably good. 2nd episode gave some meat on the bones and made it clear it’s not that.

Quite enjoying the show after 3 episodes.
Enjoying the twist on Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

But Jesus Christ, Carol has to be one of the most unlikable main characters I have seen in a show in quite a while.

Gotta go back to Invasion before I can remember worse.

Surely, that's how you are meant to think of her?
I think it's a very different, original series.
I'm enjoying it.

I think this would be a good binge watch when its all out.
I wanna know everything now lol.
Hope its not dissapoint:p

Only watched the first two episodes, really not sure what to make of it. Still early days of course, but I don’t really ‘get it’. I mean none of us really do yet, but nothing’s really happening.
I found the get together with the other ‘normals’ completely unrealistic. Why is no one else loosing their ****?! Also, as good as the scenes were when everything starting going to hell, I felt it dragged on a bit.

In my opinion the meetup in the second episode was to quickly establish that while there are other unaffected, Carol is the only one, so far, who gives a bugger about it, so the writing can focus on her alone, so we viewers aren't always going "so what about the all the other unaffected?", until they want us to think about them.

Episode 3 was OK, I enjoyed it enough, but the cracks are showing a bit and I don't know if its just trying to sucker you in, or actually is going to tell some form of story..

Still good enough, 7/10.

Bit worried that they are going to heavily pad this out with flashback stuff, and I think it was last episode of the novelist in the Ice Hotel, that was, pointless?..just waffle and filler in one set.]Having a hard time finding a reason to like her as well, who would put up her her sulking face 24hrs a day?

I'm enjoying it, but I'm a bit sceptical how they will drag it out for at least 2 seasons, probably more. The main story points seem to be "how long can I resist them", and a grand total of 10 (?) other characters to be able to interact with who are also unaffected, half of which she's already estranged.

I'm enjoying it, I like Gilligan's shooting style and feel, don't know why but it just draws you in.

Only complaint really is the other humans that aren't part of the hive mind, I don't get why they are so chill about the whole thing with the exception of the guy who commandeered AF1.

Maybe that the point. To really drive home the fact she is a miserable **** regardless of whether the world is going well or ending.

Either way, yes, shes not someone you...like.

Better call Saul was also very slow going, but all the better for it. I am still unsure but i am sticking with it as it feels like there's a good story to tell.
i would also like some more flashbacks explaining the spread or even how the government found out and started to act.
