Just wanted to get some opinions on this...
I currently have plusnet broadband with their 'pro add-on' offering no capped speeds and 'prioritised traffic'.
Today I went on their site to see what fibre optic services they were offering and I can't see why anyone would pay for it.
If you look on this link you can see how they cap everything on their different packages.
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/download_speeds.shtml
I receive 'up to 16mb' and their fibre optic is up to 38mb but if you compare the pro add-on speeds with extra fibre the only time you'd get a faster speed is between 12am and 8am, which for a lot of people is pretty pointless.
Why would anyone choose fibre optic over normal broadband from plusnet and pay more. It seems ridiculous.
