Tried live chat, they suggested restarting my router (pfSense) or putting on a new one. Not sure how my router could be causing this? I did think perhaps snort, but I disabled it and it was still the same.

My Plusnet fibre also went live today on my new house :)

I'm reasonably far from the exchange, so I get around 34Mbps but still very happy!

Downstream: 34.16 Mbps
Upstream: 2.001 Mbps

This is a bit over double what I used to get speed wise, so I am enjoying being able to download things a bit quicker.

Has any other Plusnet users had their signal to noise db lowered? It use to be 6db noise margin, but last week have been put on 3db. Download has gone from about 50mbps to 59mbps.

Considering moving from Sky fibre (40mb) to Plusnet Fibre Extra (~70mb) as it's quicker, £5 a month cheaper plus I'll get £75 cashback through works discount scheme.

Are there any negatives I should be aware of? Is the Plusnet One Hub router ok compared to Sky's Hub?

Cheers
