Anyone been watching this is ITV right now? This weeks is a about young drivers.

These 'young drivers' in this breaking / stopping demo are well... infuriating.

p.s. Thought more people would respond to it in here than in the Music, Box Office, TV & Books second.

Yes i'm watching it and the last bit has cheesed me right off, black ice car only going 30mph and the test guy goes if you hit the back of that blowup golf at 30mph you would have killed the people in it and those in this car, im sorry but WHAT A LOAD OF ****!

Its "official" people coming out with tosh like that which makes people not take them seriously.

I noticed it on the TV guide, but never really been a great fan of it due to the commentary and random insertion of american clips. Might watch it on repeat if this new one is good though.

Presumably it wasn't suicidal for the police.

Inappropriate speed is the problem (119mph on a busy motorway is wrong imo) but too often nowadays the message is simply about being over the limit rather than about inappropriate speed - and there seems to be no distinction between driving safely at speed and driving badly within the limit.

Have you seen the clips they are showing!!

They are police chases... showing people doing 140 odd and then crashing while being chased by the police.

Can't say I'm suprised that the aston martin driver breaks the speed limit so often.

It's the American clips where it seems like they break the speed limit and then to slow their car down they aim it at the nearest stationary object.

120mph in a 30 is rather OTT though. Although on a decent stretch with good visibility I'm sure I'd have that Aston rather a lot faster than that!
