Policing speeders: The Pandemic method

A few times around me I've seen them sat at 60mph with lorries backed up behind them on the dual carriageway. Trying to catch speeding lorries I guess O_o

Doubtful given trucks are speed limited to 90Km/h / 56mph.

They will sit relatively close to the truck behind them and then speed off to catch the donkey who’s noticed them as he barrels past in lane 3 doing 90....

Happened yesterday morning to me near Brighouse on the M62, they’ve used this tactic for years.

What force area? Amber lights are very rare on police vehicles, but there are some exceptions.

if they may respond to an airport incident they need a amber flasher on the roof if they go airside - the armed response vehicles usually have this.

It is literally a couple minutes away from BHX whenever I have seen it. Just cruising up and down around that A45 circuit.
