yes but if a wiki article is littered with "citation needed" all over the place...it doesnt exactly bode well

The stuff on Wiki cited with credible sources is very good.
credible being the operative word... Its fairly easy to find something in some scientific journal which will advocate a view you want to put forward. And equally easy to find an opposing view from an equally respected journal. But in the case i was referring to there was very little in-depth explanation on sleep paralysis.
but back to the pitch-fork waving shenanigans... i find alternative viewpoints on ocuk make it a more interesting place to visit..so less of the oppression folks if you would be so kind. I can only take a "spec me a zillionth watch" thread so many times before i or somebody is gonna crack.

It's fair enough to cite a wiki article giving the basics of sleep paralysis. What Magick describes has all the hallmarks of sleep paralysis - lying on his bed paralysed, and when meditating/nodding off. Throughout the ages people have experienced their beliefs of the supernatural at the time they live, be that witches, demons, aliens or our new overlords the reptilians, in much the same was as paranoid schizophrenics throughout the ages have had delusions based upon the culture and technology they live in. The fact that the subject matter changes with the culture they live in points towards these experiences being imaginary. It sounds like an overactive imagination and a sleep problem.
Although clearly brainwashed by some of the worst internet conspiracy theory imaginable he has brought up some top class discussion and entertainment over the last few weeks.
I was hoping that over the coming weeks we could try and bring him back to a more level and realistic way of thinking about these things.

Magick states he saw a Lizardperson in his room. Through deep meditation I have reached enlightenment. It was really his sub-concious warning him that he had been turned into one.
We the members must act now to save ourselves from slavery. Magick intends to subvert us all by becoming popular and then organising forum meets where he will enslave us all!
