Poll: want Jake humphrey back in 2011?

Jakes OK, but could we please please please bring back Murray Walker? He may be 400 but when he appears on TV like he did at Silverstone you can see he's still got the passion and the ability

Admit it though, its just there for show. I know he's tried to justify it, but still...come on.

Don't get me wrong, the iPad is a nice piece of kit, but I can't help but feel he's only using it to try and get certain people on his side
 
I like them all except Leggard. Even EJ, atleast he doesn't suck up and asks difficult questions. Or when he knows shenanigans have happened like buttons save fuel with hamilton he isn't scared to take the pee.

He obviously hears the real stories of whats happening unofficially and isn't afraid to **** stir.

Jakes good the only time he looked a little lost was last year when he asked bernie something he didn't like and was very off with him. You could see jake feared for his pass.
 
A better poll would have been 'Choose one to lose, EJ or Legard'. That would be a difficult decision. EJ just likes to take the opposite viewpoint to anything that's said just to be difficult (although he's right about M Schu, I don't think he'll be in the sport next year) but Legard states the bloomin' obvious so many times, but in a REALLY EXCITED SHOUTY VOICE. That's not commentating, that's just shouting.
 
The current lineup works very well and there is absolutely no reason to change it - particularly if using an iPad to read out information from is one of the key reasons given for a change!

The only exception to this is Legard, who I feel is a very poor TV commentator.
 
I like Jake, in fact the only member of the current team i don't rate is Legard but he does make me chuckle sometimes (for all the wrong reasons) :p

Another +1 for Chandhok to be given the oppotunity of a job next season if he doesn't get a race seat, he has been great during the practice sessions.
 
I think he's really good, always seems in control of things and seems to have a good rapport with both F1 personnel and co-presenters. Strangely I don't have too much of a problem with Legard either..
 
Definitely keep Jake, the guy is quality. If the beeb needs to get rid of someone then it has to be Leg-end. Replace him with Crofty.

It's not like you can even see an Apple logo on it anymore :confused:
 
I like Jake - My daughter watches CBBC and he's on there from time to time which is odd because to me he looks out of place there.

Like DC, like Eddie, like Martin. Don't really like Legard. I don't really get too hung up over the presenters to be fair. I didn't have a problem with James Allen and the grief he got passed me by a bit. Legard does annoy me - what's he got left in his tank, locker, back of the sofa etc. He also does this huffing sound when something slightly exciting happens.

If it wasn't for Martin Brundle I'd listen to Croft and Davidson every time.
