You listen back to Leona's other songs during the contest and she does this in pretty much every song.... it is good where necessary but doing it repetitively does get boring....

BTW I never said Leona was not as good as Ray in terms of her ability to sing notes etc... it is more to do with the fine details/dynamics and emotions of how the songs are sung.

It's a bit unecessary I agree, she's obviously a big Mariah/Christina fan and has been influenced by them. Hopefully whoever picks up her contract will steer her away from any hint of warbling in future.

I reckon that her 'I will always love you' performance is the best track performed by anyone, ever, on X Factor, just pipping Shane Ward's "If you're not the one" (from week 2, which was better than the version he did in the final).

I reckon everyone will have to put up with it for one more week though, as surely 'Hero' has to be one of her choices for the final?

Ray on the other hand (aside from looking like the love child of some unholy coupling of Max Headroom, Chuckie, Satan and the Dairly Lea cows) is just an average sounding, overly cheesy novelty act. Yes he's 'different' (although let's not tell Frank Sinatra and Harry Connick Jr that), but so are genital herpes and he's about as appealing.

well to be honest out of the three that were left if ben releases an album i'll have a listen in itunes to see if I like it.

It will be interesting to hear his songs, ray doing badly what a certain Mr Williams did a few years ago won't sell well (outside the north west) Leona deserves to win this year though but only because the rest (apart from Ben) were quite poor. The groups this year were awful.

Robert was good I felt he should have been there longer than ray and the mcdonalds

Really. I don't actually think he can. Most of his votes come from middle-aged housewives and young 12 year old girls. If it wasn't for his tears on Saturday, he'd be out.

It's a shame that it wasn't Leona and Ben in the final on Saturday. I'm not sure i can face listening to Ray 'singing' 4 songs.

Leona is 1-6 favourite to win the last time i looked. I'm giving up if the munchkin wins.

Leona is greater than the X-Factor, she could go do her own thing á la Bailey Rae and get support from all areas of the industry without even lifting a finger. She's hot, she can sing and she's got the public eye.

I do want Ray to win though because he quite simply signifies everything the X-factor is; a farse and a comical showdown between the pre-packaged pop industry and the hapless, desensitized public.

If Ray wins, the pop industry will become even more of a joke, giving us precious few left with any taste whatsoever some saving grace in the penultimate showdown between good and evil.

So yeah, as I was saying, GO RAY GO! He's ma' boy, fok die macht!

As for Ben, he was atrocious and just the thing OCUK members (20-40 demographic in particular) could relate too as being fresh and having a harder edge. Harder edge my ****! Stop shopping at HMV, stop following the charts and get out and open your horizons!

Ben was amazing 457645784848 time better than school christmas play Ray. The result should have read:

Agree completely. OK she's not to everyones liking but I have a feeling this girl is going to be huge here and more importantly in the US.
