Hi Guys.

Just put 2 ocz agility 3 60gb ssd in raid 0 and my speeds look rubish for what they should be like!, or am i missing something?.

This is how i set them!.

1. Updated both SSD to the same firmware (2.22)
2. Done a fresh format using the OCZ software.
3. Set the bios up into ACHI/RAID.
4. Config to raid 0.
5. Installed win 7 fresh.
6. Updated the mobo drivers.
7. Installed IRST.
8. Used AS SSD to get these resualts!

do these seem poor speeds to you?

Both SSD are pluged into sata 3 ports using sata 3 cables.

This is my mobo z68x-ud3p-b3 running the latest bios as well.

EDIT:

Just used HD Tune Pro and i got differnet resaults what looks a lot more better, What do you think?..

Have you got the ssds plugged into the intel ports which are SATA3_0~SATA3_1 and not on the Marvell 88SE9172 chip which are ports GSATA3_6, GSATA3_7.

I have them installed on SATA3_0~SATA3_1, would changing them over to GSATA3_6, GSATA3_7 make a diffenerts?

What is Marvell 88SE9172 chip?

intel sata3 are the best perfoming, gsata and marvell sata ports wont be as fast, looks right to me?
