I've noticed some play on the steering shaft, I can push the wheel (upwards mostly) about 2mm and it feels like something is loose. It's like this, with the same noise:
Got it in january from **gos. I should return it really and get a repair or replacement would you say? Wheel still performs fine but I'm worried about it getting worse. I'm well within a year, and their T&C says "If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund."
I don't think I abuse the wheel, but occassionally in the heat of going for a fast laptime, I can be aggressive with the wheel and might have caused it, I don't know.

I've got an email though from them in january confirming my reservation number. I wonder if they can check back to that time on their computers. Otherwise, I'll need to go through Logitech. I believe Logitech would just need the serial number of the wheel?
Whoa, that's amazing. Hope I get the same luck.
Opened a new case with Logitech on the phone. Very nice chap I spoke to, sounded like he had a dutch accent or similar. I said "I heard Logitech have very good customer service" to which he said "well thank you".
