Nice idea:D Tried the same sort of thing with my son, but he got bored after 10 minutes:( Played that for about 2 hours in total now, up a few thousand credits, but no car yet.
 
Hmm so the original DLC stuff still hasnt returned though they said it would turn up the week after Casino did...

If I was them I'd get all the DLC I had up as soon as possible, so it'd sell while the game was still popular. I can see this being one of those games that drops off of the radar pretty quickly.


Needed some more Veyrons though:rolleyes:
 
I dno Casinos getting quite a hardcore crowd going - top few players in the tournaments literally bought TDU2 just for Casino. My game time is 50/50 between driving and gambling. For me its what PS Home could have been - such a good laugh even with strangers...

They just need to at a minimum deliver on their promises for the patch and whatver else they are gonna give free now due to the delays - really not much bothered past that - having Casino has really kept my interest going, its great fun and has on more than one occasion eaten up the night :eek:...

It'll certainly be a game that I play for a long time yet, but I just meant about dropping off the mainstream radar. For me it's everything I wanted it to be, and more. Really want a good bash at the casino, just need to get a decent amount of TV time!
 
Im the same, feel Ive had great value for money once the patch and Clubs is here. I look forward to whatever else they might add (silly things like working fuel stations and a fuel tank etc...)

That will be interesting if they were to implement it, especially if they didn't let you warp to destinations:p

You could have in-game AA services, maybe as a way to earn more money, picking up all the fuel-less people! I know I'd buy a recovery truck for it:D
 
I would hope they would just warp you to the nearest petrol station with a penalty charge for the 'tow truck' or something. Im quite happy with very light features like that. Though jumping ahead of ourselves :p, I know TDU1 had a long lived community so hopefully developers recognise that...

This type of game would be ideal in the hands of someone like Criterion...

You can't help but laugh at the fact that the casino DLC is the 3rd best selling on the xbox ever - all because of the Roulette exploit for ingame money which in turn must be generating a huge pile of real money for Atari. Even better than Atari have left the roulette exploit thread open on their forums, it is worth a read for the lols alone!

Bought the new DLC but I haven't been given the exclusive jackets and shirt (yes I've bought the car from dealership), which is mostly what I wanted. :p

I have every veyron now, for no reason at all really. :o
 
Watch out for greekfactor - I was playing him in l4 that night we got to l2 - hes literally bought the game for poker and won l4 4/5 times now...

Had a good night of poker tonight though. I won level 1 twice, level 3 and came 2nd on level 4.

Edit: went against the Greek guy in level 4. He went all in on a pair of 8s and lost (came 8th). I reckon he's just lucky sometimes rather than good. :p

Well, after my rant yesterday I finally calmed down last night and much to my surprise actually managed to link up with two of my friends on the 360. It wasnt without its issues though as we did get beamed to different servers a few times but for the most part it was working a lot better last night. Maybe Atari have been doing more server updates. All we need is that damm patch and hopefully everything major will be sorted. After that I would like more dlc car packs as I'm fast running out of cars I want to buy (and I'm not interested in the Veyron and don't intend to buy one as I really don't like the car).
