ive been trying to replicate that for about 10 mins now how do you do it, i've got my poundland tripod set up

Heaviest I have been is 12st 11 and my max bench was 105kg, 160kg deadlift and 160kg squat.
Not trained for 7 months properly though so probably a lot lower atm!
aye, hate it when that happens, stop for even 2 weeks and i see a decline in lift performance. starting up myself too now so can hopefully get back on form in under a month.
