The poetry is impressive so I must permit

Oh if only all were like this one.
An enjoyable thread allowed to ensue,
To stop everyone feeling a little blue.
 
Yay, more forumites to play,
Just don't make your rhymes too gay,
Also thanks Burnsy for not making this stop,
And don't worry, you'll soon become a cop.

What a laugh i find this thread to be,
If you're ever in town come and say good day
Though nothing more cos im not gay!
 
I sat down, drinking my pineapple juice
At work on this muggy July day
Marvelling at the rhymes you produce
And I thought to myself: why not play?

I use the rhyming scheme ABAB
Which is a deviation from the trend
But, verily, I find it suits me
May this thread never, ever end

God Damn you poets make me mad,
All this writings lame & sad,
Your rhymes so long have left me bored,
I shall return to kill you with a Hoard,
Of bats & Bee's and maybe a bird,
Oh by the way have you heard the Word?
 
Oh dear, where has Malc30 got to?
He can't have just popped to the loo,
I would like to see more of his poetry,
As i must admit, it did appeal to me.
