Very nice! we need sound clips!

No need... I'll just go fire it up, I'm sure you'll hear it! It sounds pretty much like this

Isset, you have one seriously large garden.!

Wish it was my garden... if it was i'd make a supermoto track out of it :D

Kermit & Scuzi - lovely bikes :cool: they are proper supermotos to me (thumpers, spoked wheels and :eek: the seats :eek: )

cheers Draeger but dont think there will be any standardish stickers on it. :) if i was going standard i'd take you up on the kind offer. :)

sticker wise i'm thinking mirror effect on the bottom fairing with RSV cut out (so it shows matt black). then Aprilia in Mirror above the bottom panel. there will be Mille on the seat unit as well but that might be somethign else... dunno yet. see how it looks when it's done. i have someone who works in the graphics business (who used to be Max Biaggi and Luca Cadalora's GP mechanic! :cool: ) and he will no doubt give me his input on it. :)

this is a better pic...

entire fairing will be done in matt black including mudguard/tank/hugger etc. will have stomp grips on the tank and thinking about ditching the mirrors and replacing with blanking plates (polished alloy). Indicators will either be going or will be replaced with clear lights and rear brake lights will be going LED or possibly just clear lens. just need another tank to spray up really before i can do the full hog. :)

I have a picture with a black seat unit, and i bought a tank. Sadly 2 weeks later it was about a tenth of the size and kinda cubelike lol. Interesting to read up on what I was doing with it though. :)

Scuzi, I see your DZR and I raise you a CRF :p

What tyres are those you have fitted to yours cos they look like the supermoto equivalent of Rennsports/Racetecs and pretty grippy [in the dry]?

:eek::eek:!!
You win!

The tyres pictured are the stock Dunlop D208 SM tyres. They're pretty crap to be honest. I replaced the rear with a Pirelli Diablo last week and the difference is night and day. Ever since replacing it I've been able to get my knee down and I've even shaved a few mm off the footpegs (and my boots :( )from scrubbing them on the ground. It has transformed the bike and I can't wait to replace the front.

I might try a set of Goldspeed cut slicks next to see if they're all they're made out to be.

Just fitted a Yoshimura Titanium/Carbon Pro-Comp full system mainly as its quieter than the factory system I had on it but I think it looks the dogs :cool:

I have a Trailtech Vapour fitted for speed legality reasons

Have also finally got round to fitting a proper [non-race unit] rear end to my blade as I'm off to the Ring in 4 weeks and could use the practicality of the trunk among other reasons
