Here's mine just after I'd finished fitting my stubby Remus can .... took me bloody ages it did
If I said how nice that is I'd get suspended for swearing
Mine was £5999.99 otr with £1500.00 trade in against my 99 model GSXR6 leaving me with a brand new bike for £4500.00
I've got a few other bits and bobs coming and a little modifying to do yet before she's complete.
So far I've fitted a Remus stubby exhaust, popped on a better chain as the factory fitted one tends to stretch too quickly for my liking (and it's grey in colour), ordered a set of undertray led indicators, a pro chain oiler, an Acumen digital gear indicator, a set of 5 spoke full carbon fibre rims and the grills in front of the fans will be getting sprayed silver instead of the black that they are now, plus silver wire mesh will be getting fitted to the air intakes at the front of the bike and I'm still deciding what rubber to stick on the rims whe they arrive
I'm still trying to source a carbon fibre rear hugger, front mugguard, front sprocket cover and chain guard from someone other than Benelli as their prices are ridiculous.Still breaking the engine in at the minute so I can't really open her up yet (gotta keep it below 5k revs for the first 600 miles) but I've taken the baffle out on the exhaust and it now sounds like the four horsemen of the Apocalypse

I'd agree with you there. I had a 99 plate GSXR6 sitting in my garage for a couple of years and she never turned a wheel while I had my last Benelli. Bought a new battery because the alarm/immobiliser had drained it, turned the key and off she went
I was gutted to see her go as a part exchange for the Nelli. That was the bike that I first had when I passed my test in 2001. Almost had a lump in my throat watching her getting wheeled onto the back of the van and then the doors getting closed

Used to see a bloke commuting everyday on an MV Augusta. come rain/shine/snow/hail he'd be on the bike.
Do have a soft spot for the Benelli cos its so different.

My old Firestorm which I traded last week for the Tiger shown below it. Will be replacing the trashcan silencer on the Tiger real soon 'cause it's way too quiet.

Not much touring on the Firestorm as it gave me backache, but the Tiger is much more comfortable yet it doesn't hang about. I don't ride bikes thru the winter any more so they're easy to keep nice.
