What is Dad music?
Being 63 I'm quite interested.
If you say Phil Collins and Dire Straits I will hunt you down and kill you.

When I first became a Dad, Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth were big in my life.

Panting like a fiend
Some of the songs posted are actually some of my faves :p (Always liked Blondie, Garbage and Murder on the Dance floor was just catchy:p)

Now for one that is litterally "dad music" as in my dad used to sing it at odd times (along with others).

Will look into this more. Top DAD music!

In other news, DAD music when you just need some quiet time:

e: And to make DAD cry you must play this:

The vocal is the obvious part but the orchestration that is behind this bends my mind, see: sheet music, musical theory, and everything Mancini wrote. Genuis. Mercer is credited with the lyrics.
