Was mindlessly browsing the classifieds earlier and saw a fully forged Skyline for sale, under 7k with 3000 miles on the rebuilt engine (and amazingly, stock on the outside). I was so tempted :|

It's amazing how they have spent all those decades out in the hot sun and the paint still looks ok. Cant say that for modern cars with their water based paintjobs :/

Paint looks okay? Completely faded single stage with horrific oxidation - are you looking at the same pictures as me?

I'm with Geekman though, love seeing older cars being used; especially old trucks, those things will run on till the end of time.

The fumes were making me lightheaded

I remember my uncle putting leaded fuel from a red pump in his Volvo when I was a kid.

What happened to that? I vaguely remember unleaded being available at the same time. Could older cars use unleaded once leaded disappeared?
