Post Your Daily Encounter Pics Here

Annoys me every time I see them with the early Rover 214 rear lights that had orange indicators rather than white like the later lights.

All XJ220's had the tango lights, unless people changed them themselves.

I saw one with Halfords special Rover 2XX series tail lights before, it made me very sad...

I know they had orange from factory. Just saying they stand out like a sore thumb to an ex rover nerd like me

Took the girls to feed the squirrels in the local cemetery and this was parked up - owner was just returning, but stood away for a moment so I could grab a photo.

Almost 10cm wider than a new 7 series.

Yep, "quite narrow" :p

That must the mirror measurement- I can check. I know the trains were a concern for shipping them back from Slovakia :p The fact you look down on the bonnet, can see the corner and are so high does really help you understand where the car is.

Loved driving out down today, proper event, loads of room for all and comfy. Glad of the cloth rather than leather to be honest.New Nav is a huge improvement and even the base sound is decent with AppleCarplay giving it a better source than radio. Had a few photos taken on the motorway and “that’s a sick car” from a young bloke at services. Top stuff.

Can probably make out the plastic floor trim here, boot in a similar plastic but with chequer plate effect.

Also realised the puddle lights are pretty cool tonight.

Apparently thats "with mirrors folded in" rather than the usual sans mirrors measurement.

The Defender is an unusual one really, I’m not a fan of the external appearance, but on an M40 motorway trip I was impressed with the ride and handling. The interior looks basic but they are surprisingly well equipped.
