Post Your Daily Encounter Pics Here

I'll move this on as I'm partially to blame for micra talk:D. I was impressed by how clean this thing was, looked to me like it almost could have just rolled out of the factory.

I think you're right. Could be all kinds of things. Wrong springs. New springs. Badly seated springs. Spring pads that are too thick. Tyres the wrong size. Any combination of the above.

???? :p

Oh sorry I thought it would be interesting, like the car above it :p

Fair enough but the one above is an uncommonly good condition E46 Touring, and you have posted a picture of a nearly new base model Mondeo. I think it would be far easier to argue the case that the E46 belongs in here. :p

US-market Chevrolet Traverse in Northampton on Georgia plates. Likely come off one of the bases further north/east. In year gone by you'd see a lot more US cars, when the bases were busier.

Funny, I saw a US-plated car close to Northampton yesterday...maybe they're restaffing the US air bases nearby? As you say, used to see lots more of them, but a rare sight these days.

But why would they have US plated cars in the UK? How did they get here? Are they ever going to go back? What is the purpose? Why not just get cars from this country if they are going to be here? I don't understand. :p
