Went to Brent Cross today and on the way back saw a Porsche Carrera GT, was silver with what I assume were Danish plates (Euro style with a D). Couldn't take any pics as there was a van in the way but when the lights changed the GT took off. The noise it made was just sublime.

Strategically placed coloured number plate screws, common trick to "jazz up" a reg number. Definately illegal. :cool:

Purposed placed screw cap on that M3 plate is the 'norm'. See many around. Its really annoying along with illegally spaced plates.

nope

will confuse the hell out of ANPR cameras.

Police could quite rightly argue they've done it to dodge speeding fines or avoid being tracked by ANPR just as much as they did it because they were vain.
