I already surmised that, let me explain my statement:

The penis was a reference to the driver, the cotton was a reference to what I guess could be the material used for the turban, the number plate can read as 5 Inch, put the lot together and you end up with?

While photographing a mental asylum today a VW Camper convoy pretty much took over the whole road causing heavy traffic! (and allowing us to jump across to the side we needed to go).
