the blue foam is just to protect the doors etc from getting knocked on other cars while in transit from the factory.
Over here I do see a lot of people driving with it still on, particularly on Hyundais.. presumably by the same people that leave the plastic covers on their seats :rolleyes:

Given the numberplate, it's almost certainly on bags, so won't run that low all the time and probably doesn't ride all that hard.
