RE Amemiya are a Japanese tuning house that specialise in RX7s, have built a number of high profile cars including a D1GP drift car which looks almost identical to the one you posted. Having looked closer though I'm fairly convinced it's not the real deal.

Spoke to my neighbour, apparently his mate is a test driver for Lotus

what a job. And the Evora he was driving is the new 440bhp special edition. The thing did look and sound amazing. Hard to convey Matt black, in the dark using a normal camera flash!

Looking closer I see what you mean. If you're going to get a personal plate on a RR might as well get a good one also, not just a £249 plat from the DVLA site.
