Were planning a day visiting by train, then on the way north (in rental car) would swing into the town to drive the hairpin etc, might not bother if it;s bumper to bumper as you say, can scope it out when we visit on train first :)

It's an open top bus tour that does some of the GP circuit.
Get the tour and aquarium ticket together, more or less half price for the aquarium that way. Linky: http://monacolegrandtour.com/

You go through the tunnel, hairpin, start/finish hill, just miss out casino square really. Traffic was pretty grotty but if you are just passing through I would definitely do it just to experience driving the route. I just hope your hire car is a lambo, ferrari or other exotic ;)

Tried to get some better shots but i was getting "omg, why do you keep doing this, it's embarrassing, just keep walking will you, etc, etc" in my ear at the time. :D
 
Have any of you received bad responses from the owners of these cars?

or do they just love the attention...
 
Took a picture of an AMG SLS the other day and the guy clocked me doing it and floored it from the traffic lights... I was happy. I think I sex wee'd a bit too.

Love the M400 but that looks alittle off. Has no front splitter and the wheels are a bit poo.

Havea much nicer one up here, the owner has multiple maps, changable at teh flick of a switch, with the best one putting at 560whp :D
