Finally an opportunity to break out the slip n slide. My 43 year old body is slightly broken and recovering with a healing gin and tonic.
I've done the annual big jetwash but there are black marks I can't get off...
Any idea what this is an how I might get it off? All I can think is I have fertilised the lawn but not like a drunk person so I don't believe I've gone this mad...
just trim off the dead ends, the rest of it looks healthy enough.Only our second year in a new house / garden we planted a couple of blueberry plants last year and one of them has suddenly looked like it’s dying at some branch ends.
Image below any ideas?
Everything else about it looks fine, flowers and leaves look healthy.
how much of the garden will that also kill?Sodium hydrochloriate (very very strong bleach) is a spray on, rinse off job
probably nothing if you don’t do it on a sunny day like today, are careful where you spray it, dilute it to the correct ratio and throughly rinse ithow much of the garden will that also kill?

Black spots and marks on patio and pavement is normally lichenSo given the pattern of the black stuff on my patio/path do we believe it's some sort of growth?
I am in to my 3rd week of cleaning all the slabs around the house - Not touched it since it went down 14 yrs ago so they are/were in a right mess. Most of it was dirt but also had loads of white fungi and black spot's.So given the pattern of the black stuff on my patio/path do we believe it's some sort of growth?
Never been that impressed with Patio Magic. Didn't do much for mine before the pressure washer came out.
