Ive almost got my setup sorted but Im still looking for a decent glass tv stand that isnt very wide but will take all my equipment. I think I will store my vids and dvds somewhere else tho. Will post another pic when its all completed.

Well i priced up the normal surrounds and with stands the price was hardly any different so thought i might as well go for the full set of floorstanders.

No, it was Xmas Eve funnily enough. Lounge is south facing so sun is an issue, one of the reasons i got the matte LCD rather than the 60" LG PK plasma as that was like a mirror.

Hi mate.. sorry for the late reply. Had to find a tape measure

It's 50cm deep and the cubbies are 49cm wide. The larger being 21cm high and the smaller ones 15cm high.

thanks for that. Its deep enough but don't think its high enough for my amp. Does your amp have enough breathing space in there or are shelves adjustable?

Here's my ugly setup. Looking for suggestions on what I can do to make it...erm, good? Not happy with the any of it really. No other space so the only room I have is what you see. Sky box, PS3 and 360 on the glass shelf thing to the right. My only idea is moving the Mac somewhere else and getting a proper unit for the TV and such. But I don't have anywhere else for the Mac!

Anyone got any ideas?

In terms of space you have available you probably have it set out as best you can. As you say, I can't really see anywhere else your MAC can go and if you did put it anywhere else and get a TV stand aswell, it would just make the room feel even smaller and cramped.

My girlfriend bought it for me for Christmas a few years ago. It's a cheap flat packed one that was on sale in a local furnature shop. I don't know what make or model it is though.
