Technics SL-1210GR turntable with Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge
Audiolab 6000 CDT CD transport
Lyngdorf TDAi-1120 streamer/DAC/amplifier with RoomPerfect room correction
Sony UBP-X700 4K blu ray player
Revel Concerta2 M16 speakers on the Revel stands
SVS 3000 Micro active subwoofer
43 inch Samsung 8000 series TV

The Lyngdorf brings this all together nicely for music, the 'roomperfect' DSP and settings for subwoofer integration have really impressed me, and the inbuilt MM phono stage isnt half bad either (good enough that I sold on the £400 Arcam rPhono that I had planned to use, believing it would be better than the built in one, but I couldn't tell the difference).

Not the most purist setup here and crammed into a loft room at the moment, but very happy with how it sounds :)

The Sub's now in place. Got some new bookshelves for that corner too.

Few changes.

New TV unit
LG CX > Panasonic JZ1500
Sonos arc system > Sony HT-A9

Happy with the upgrades while keeping the wife happy. Always felt there was just a small bit missing on the previous setup.

Never heard of the HT-A9s before, looks like a pretty compelling offering. I've never expanded from my 3.0 setup due to cabling to rears not being convenient.

Not sure it'd be worth the upgrade for me currently as my kit is worth..

Denon x2000w - £100?
Q acoustics
2 x 2010i £50?
1 x 2000ci £40?

So I guess not worth the (1500 - 190 = ) £1310 upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0.

It's 4.0.4 the Sony. But it creates phantom speakers so technically it's like 12 speakers. Sounds like a gimmick, but it actually works really well. Beats every sound bar, but doesn't quite reach a wired Atmos system. However, if you are looking to move away from wires I highly recommend and would say try get a demo. Would definitely be a massive upgrade on what you currently have.

Work in progress..

Unit at the front has been removed - AV unit has been put in at the rear.
Q Acoustics 3010i being installed in the next few weeks along with an Atmos AVR and potentially roof speakers if budget allows!

Future plans are 3 cinema light boxes behind where the sofa is, and a valencia oslo sofa with a matching chair in the window - area under the stairs is very much owned by the Greyhound :)

Finally replaced my NAD C320BEE and Acoustic Energy Evo 1 speakers after 18 years of fine service.

Both are still working perfectly, but I fell down a bit of a rabbit hole on ebay and ended up buying a Reisong A12 tube amp. And then couldn't decide between Wharfedale Denton 80s and Klipsch RP-500M to pair with it, so bought both! In theory the Klipsch should work better but I think I'm a bit in love with the Dentons.

My amplifier is all done...

All the electronics are designed by myself. The amplifiers are using the TPA3255 class D. With this PSU I can get a total output of about 1.5kW across the 8 channels.

Neat power amplification. Do you get much ripple from the SMPS? Also how does the SMPS like the capacitive load on startup?

Tweaked the home office setup today, the B&W 606's were a bit big for the desk. So I went and purchased the Atacama 10 stands, filled with Atabites (1 tub per each). Larger speaker plates to accomodate the 606's. Happier with that.
