Corrected , It 25.7 in my front room !

Q9650 @ 3.6 - 43,39,41,41 ( Core Temp reading ) OCZ Vendetta air cooler ( temporary )

5850 ( top card ) - 45 degrees

5850 ( 2nd card ) - 38 degrees ( Ati CCC reading )

Taken a few minutes ago.

i7 920 DO, @4ghz, 1.2750 vcore in bios.
2 x stock gtx 275 in sli.

Thinking of backing it off to a more reasonable 3.6ghz, can run this on a voltage of 1.18, should lower temps a bit.

Sat idle at 19 degrees using a MegaShadow with Sharkoon SE 1KRPM Push/Pull.

I start up MW2 and they jump to about 35 degrees, quite good actually

Or they could just be in a basement, or other appropriately cool room.

Idle temps are only of any interest if you include ambient temps.

I could say my idle temp is 55*C, normally you'd think that as bad, but if my ambient temp was 40*C, its only 15*C above ambient

The guys with 19 degrees idle yesterday must have been living in a cave deep underground.

My ambient temp was well above that.

What utility are you using to monitor temps?

Coretemp is reporting a wee bit lower for me than Hwmonitor.

depends on the CPU reading too. My Q6600 would read below ambient for the cpu temp, even in the BIOS.

7*C it booted at once XD

Thank god its a lot cooler here, 15c and ive got all the windows in the room open. Definitely a lot cooler than yesterday.

Aye, it is not bad. I have had a Thermolab Baram boxed up for ages but have just not got round to fitting it as there was no real need.

It is going on my new 965 this weekend though.

Just ran the AMD Overdrive Stress test while I have having my dinner. Just to check the temps since it is a lot warmer. Half an hour, topped out at 47c.
