Compaq Evo N610C

Running Windows XP Home SP3, 2Gb DDR (bit unstable in Windows, apparently 1Gb is the limit but I have 2Gb installed and running), 160Gb hdd, Radeon Mobility 7500 32Mb...

Also booting to Ubuntu 9.04 which is more stable with the 2Gb ram...

Oh and a PCMCIA 2 Port USB adapter with a Micro Bluetooth dongle, paired to a Logitech Bluetooth mouse...yay me :)

my new laptop
Acer 8930G
2.2gig intel duelcore
4gig ddr3
18.4in full HD screen
nvidia 9600GT ddr2 1gig
Nice; I've been running the same spec laptop for a year now. The only problem is the weight (4kg) and size - carry cases for 18.4" laptop have only just become available.

I'm about to buy a netbook for travelling because it's too much to take on planes etc.
