Christ!, Is there no better mobile solution. I know now that you can plug 3g/4g dongles into routers. Obviously doesn't matter now as fibre is on its way

Unfortunately GPRS is all you can get on O2/Voda/3 in my village but now that fibre is here WOW!!!!!

Not only do I not have to give a 30second youtube video @ 240/360p a minute to load before I can watch it but 720/1080p youtube videos load up instantly!!

So happy with Zen :)

edit: even faster now

The sad thing is, even though I'm still on ADSL and everyone is just owning me, I don't even get anywhere near that speed. Line max out a 1.5 meg. Getting fibre at the end of the month though, so it's not all bad :)

I did have some issues with my connection - had to get the Infinity engineers out. Thankfully I got one who seemed to know what he was doing.
So a new pair to the cabinet and then a dedicated extension (data only) from the master socket just inside the front door to the office upstairs:

More than I need :)

:( I'm so looking forward to my imminent move to a house BT Infinity.

But two months from now my current exchange will get Infinity - so many years wasted!!

Jesus H christ, I knew it was bad but not this bad. Guess this is the worst case scenario being a early Sunday Evening and the crappy ISP provided modem syncing at just 1.27Mbps. Will do double that on a good day but even that's still crap.

Always makes we roll eyes seeing people complain that they're 70Mbps fibre connection syncs a few Mbps lower than they expected and it's the end of the world. You'd be crying yourself to sleep every night using this. :p
