surely that T-Shirt should NOT be worn 24/7
i.e. you will get so used to wearing it, your muscles will start to rely on it, so when you do take it off your muscles are weaker ?
 
the T shirt thing is - more a keep the muscles warm strategy , as opposed to support ...
you need a genuine lumbar support belt eg gibortho. with plasticwhalebone struts, that, providing you are not carrying too much weight will fit beneath trousers too,
these are great for any heavy lifting session too eg. moving house.

I just took a photo of myself , sideways on
i think its my neck to be honest, yes my back isnt good either, but my head is away from the wall by about a foot ! :(
lot of work to do !
