Was sending a parcel to Italy a few weeks ago (August 16th), so used postvan.com (used them before with no trouble).
Paid online, filled out details etc.
Got a call later from a company called FreightMove advising me they were handling European road deliveries for Postvan. Confirmed this with Postvan via email, and was told I would pay FreightMove, and then Postvan would refund me.
This went through fine, parcel was delivered quickly etc.
Now, I still haven't had a refund from Postvan, can't get in touch with them via phone as there is no number, and they've been ignoring emails for the past 3 weeks. I paid via a Natwest Debit card.
Anyone know what I can do, if anything?
