Pot Noodle.....what a let down

my brother "student pot noodle connoisseur" has stopped eating them and he was on 5-8 a week, he said there minging now

imo they aint changed

I just had my first Pot Noodle in about 5 years. I have always liked them, but just haven't had one in ages. So, I made one up when I got back from work today. I noticed on the lid it said 50% less salt. OMG this is sooo tasteless it is beyond belief. What a massive let down. There is just no flavour at all. Chicken and Mushroom btw.

The only good pot noodles were posh noodles ;)

I never really did like normal Pot Noodles.

I'd not had one in ages but tired a "new less salt" version and it was tastless.

Won't be buying them again, untill they make a new version with added salt.

Pandering to stupid people is annoying, I never ate them everyday it was never going to kill me.

I indulged in the gourmet of a Pot Noodle the other day (Curry) and was delighted with it - the best bit for me is when you finish the "noodles" and in the juice at the bottom is a bit of the unstirred powder which gives a great hit at the end.

What with the 3 x crushed dried peas, and the 2 x 3mm square orange bits mascarading as "carrot", what more can you want from a snack.

LMAO. You sound like a junkie the way you describe it.

I bought a 4 pack of the "50% less salt" C&M pot noodles a while back and they were tasteless as you described, however, as far as I know you can still get the ones without the salt removed and they taste exactly like they used to (i.e. like edible crap)

What you don't notice in this pic is my shaking hand before I get my daily 'hit'.

SHOCK HORROR! I noticed from my photo there's a star next to the 50% thing. Look what it reveals below...

50% less than in 2005, so technically in 2006, best part of 2007 they've been dropping salt too?
