potential problems with my final build

Hi, ive decided on the following build and im ordering the parts very soon, but before i commit to ordering, can you see any problems that i might run into while building this pc? ie - will it fit in the case? do all the components work with eachother? will it overheat?

Also, is there anything i need to know about setting up the bios or any kind of walkthough i need to follow to set this pc up? or is it literally just plug and play?

ditch the cpu cooler and put the money into a bigger hard drive or better gfx card

what is the system going to be used for? whats your budget? the components should all work together fine and i doubt it will overheat

basically its going to be used for a bit of low level gaming, ie - lotr bfme 2, civilization series, wow. nothing major. And programs like, maya, visual studio 2008+, expression blend, flash, photoshop etc. Is anything ive got in there overkill? Plus my budget is really about £600

Im more concerned about building the pc than its components

ditch the Gigabyte DS3 mobo and get an Asus P5QL Pro one instead, again saving an extra few ££'s.

Everyone has concerns about building, even the most hardened builders are always anticipant at the first power button press. Always read the mobo manual when installing, don't rush and everything will be fine. I usually put the cpu and memory into the mobo before putting it into the case. Figure where you are going to route the cables, always try to keep it neat and tidy(better airflow).

If your going to be multitasking a lot with those apps mate have you considered gettin a quad? may suit you better with those

Or split the difference and go with a Phenom ll X3 rig.
