Don't expect a great deal of "buffing", more a case of toning the muscles. Although that world champion guy featured on the powerballs website claims that it's the only arm exercise he does and he has pretty big biceps... :confused:

He still looks ridiculous spinnning that thing though

Are you saying powerballs are men's equivalent of skin cream? It does spin quite fast, maybe if I touched it to my face while it was spinning it could provide a gentle exfoliating action...

having touched my hand with it by mistake I'd say dont put it near anything fleshy unless you want to lose skin and burn

Never heard of these before so just watched the video of the "World Champion"

Howled with laughter until he came lurching toward the camera holding his powerball in a rigor mortis grip. Then I got a bit frightened..... :eek:

Hold it in one hand and run it down your opposite forearm to start it, that's how I do it.
