Powering an IDE hard drive

If I want to transfer some data over from an old IDE hard drive, what is the best way to power it from a more modern PSU please? Looks like it needs a female molex which my PSU doesnt have?

edit: failing that I got an external powered HDD hub thing for doing data xfers / cleaning / testing of old drives

I should have an old USB enclosure that has an IDE mount as well as a sata mount. wherebouts are you?
