Powerizers

Ok, just buy them for the fact that duing summer you can openly look down very fit ladies tops with ease ;)

Oh, and although they advertise that you can jump 6ft and run at over 20mph, this is a conservative estimate. With a few mods someone has run at about 35mph and you can easily jump 8ft with a decent pair of springs :)

Wow. What would be the um, stopping distance from 20-30 mph on these?

Unless you jumped over a car that was stopped at a red light. :)

^^ Is currently what I'm practising :D

Useless fact of the day: Chris Tarrent broke his ankle while using something like these.

I find that quite hard to believe, your ankle is probably the most protected joint when wearing PowerBocks.

I can run at about 20mph top speed (you really need tilting footplates to go any faster) and I can stop dead in about 15ft.

That's the whole point.

Fairy nuff.

If you give me the cash you would spend on the hover boots, I can arrange for my mate to bring his two staffies round and we can stuff your undercrackers with sirloins and let em loose. There *might* be an element of risk involved in that activity too :)

Sounds like a laugh. Wait until I get my bearings with them though.

Maybe I should just play chess instead, at least there's no risk.

They arrived :D

They didn't come with a user manual though. I tred to put htem on but the bbit that comes up the back of my leg is up too far stopping me from bending my knee. It needs adjusted down. How do I do this? Is it a matter of loosening the 4 bolts using the allen key and sliding it up and down or does it have something to do with those two metal rods which extend down to the foot plate?

I tried to stand up but failed miserably. I need to adjust them before I can do anything.
