No, the keys should still be valid - I can't see them changing it at this point in time really but since it's a full version we're getting it may also be a case of doing an "upgrade" install over my current E version so either way it should work out nicely :)
 
I agree with you mrk, since the announcement that there will likely be no special version of Windows 7 E/N and they will just incorporate the changes into all the builds to allow a browser election screen to have it auto-download and install from the most popular browsers. I have to say that since they went through the trouble to get it done at last minute, that seeing it in the final version for everybody at retail was honestly a pro move. It should likely instill a bit more goodwill towards Microsoft for not just giving to the EU's demands, but to allow this as a wider choice to everyone. I would keep an eye on the Windows Team Blog and to the posts on the Springboard site for Windows 7 on TechNet for the official word though before we get our hopes up too much.
