Fair enough anyone can be better than PIG!

Obertan is going to really need to Impress in Pre Season. If not can see him being shipped out.
 
Was a pretty easy run around. Carrick did play well but the oppo wasnt much of a challenge. Young looked really good I though. Tore them to pieces on the left.

Only caught the second half, the cross from Young that Macheda really should have scored from was a peach.

You can't base too much on quality considering the opposition, same goes for our game against Malaysia. Parks goal was good though, the pass to Giggs and the return.

Carrick, the assist for Macheda's first was pretty god damn simple, good on him for continueing his run forward but it was a great pass from Nani that put him in the position for the simple pass to Macheda.
 
From that I thought Macheda and Owen looked sharp, Rooney and Berbatov need some more game time as they looked rusty.

Young looked okay, Obertan looked his normal pants self.

Well, I don't know if he'll be first choice, as we've signed Gwillim and Bush (both LBs), and both were key players for us last season. Bush is having a good pre-season though, if he carries on at the present rate maybe he'll keep Gwillim out. Gwillim was given the no.3 shirt I think.

Seb Brown had a great season last year, I wasnt a fan when we first got him but he's been consistent, good shot stopper and rarely makes a mistake. Was England C goalkeeper last season and of course, made two penalty saves in the play offs. I think the word 'legend' springs to mind with Seb Brown! Terry Brown was tipping him for the premier league during close season. He's a Wimbledon fan so hopefully will be with us for a while.

We do seem to get a lot of your players though, I look at the Brentford released list to see who's likely to end up at te Dons. Surprised we didnt sign Grabban :D

Well Andy Scott has got his own little love-nest up at Rotherham, took a couple of our backroom staff with him when he went up there. If they keep Le Fondre and play Grabban with him, I reckon they'll finish in the play-offs.

Grabban could score loads at League Two level.

I was a bit surprised to see Seb Brown go to be honest, but we've now got a pretty decent back-up keeper so I can see why they let him go.

I think we've got the fussiest ref I've seen in a pre-season game. He's just awarded us the softest of penalties for a tiny coming together and then ordered a retake for encroachment.

Anyway, Adam scored and it's 1-0 :)
 
Cole has been cack but were used to that, Also sorry Merieles is playing like he did when we first signed him he just looks afraid to tackle its annoying.

Adam done a couple good crosses/long bals around pitch. Hope we see Kelly come on and get some game time too and Pacheco i really dont want him to go out on loan i want us to use him next season give him a good run in FA/Carling Cup

It would be a mental decision to sell Aquilani. He's got more technical ability than anyone else in the squad and would be a first team player if he was English...
