@tamzzy —what's his BIOS? Seen - Up to date.
Perhaps reset CMOS load optimised defaults and try again.
@BA757 - when doing (if you can get to it) your fresh install I would delete your partitions, and start again.

Ok, CPU reseated and cooler not tightened as much when put back. All cables unplugged and put back, RAM reseated, GPU reseated.
If it fails again I have no clue what else to try! Is it weird that it’s only crashing when trying to get the windows install started? Like if it was faulty hardware or anything would it have problems right from the off?
Or is it because I’m doing something that requires the cpu to work that it’s crashing when it does?
And I’m guessing if it was anything to do with the GPU (what with it looking like it’s someones returned one) then I’m guessing it wouldn’t be presenting as a cpu error?
