AFAIK it's not changed with PB2/XFR2 though as that changed how many threads it would apply too (from 2 to all) and not how it worked on a per thread basis.

Yeah. 1st gen was 2 thread loads, 2nd gen applies to all threads

Yeah I had a negative offset of 0.625 iirc, but vcore still went too high. I just leave XFR to do its own thing within the 119w limit the cpu sets. With xfr enabled there was no level of severity on the motherboard, just enabled... Which with over 600w available to the CPU is a little overkill.
