See thats an issue, he doesn't take down a "full health" Predator (which would be stretching belief), the Predator has been battered, frozen, shot etc and he only just manages a draw (which the Predator acknowledges with the self destruct attempt) and after losing 1/2 an arm it's still only the Predators own weaponry which wins the day, slicing through the net launcher (which would have killed Danny) etc all before falling for Glovers "I'm about to die, I'm no threat, you can get close to me" trick, rather than just chopping his head off so, like Arnie, Glover wins by cheating
Just watch the film again and see how many injuries the predator gets from the time the Army Team enter the Meat Factory. I saw -
Frozen by Liquid Nitrogen twice
Blown up by 40mm grenade
Shot 10 times in the chest, abdomen and thighs with a shotgun at 6ft range
Had 1/2 an arm chopped off
Dropped 100ft and smashed through a wall
All before the final battle, which are much worse injuries than the original Predator had vs Arnie (just a few shrapnel wounds).

The scene with the mini gun. Seeing it mow down half the rain forest and listening to it spinning as it eerily runs out of bullets. Awesome!

Disgustingly violent. The marines, bad guys and predator should have been in a circle, a meeting to discuss their problems, opening up to each other, group hug, and given leaflets in how to correct their anger management problems.

He says "I capped off 200 rounds AND the minigun, full pack" - The 200 rounds is from the M60E3 he fires before picking up the Minigun, which held around 550 rounds in the M23 ammo pack (less held IRL due to weight whilst filming). During filming the Minigun was set to it's lowest rate of fire which was 1250rpm as opposed to the 6000rpm maximum but it's still 25 rounds per second being fired at "low speed"

along with running man and Total Recall...and probably commando

As I wrote, those injuries are "all before the final battle" so the tree stump and the "smart disc" (aka flying disc) to the chest from 2 don't count.
