Far far away....
Just watching match of the day and a certain player struck my eye as one of the worst I have seen.

So what are your worst players to grace the Premier League?

My first choice, Titus Bramble, consistently makes mistakes and has carried this trend on at more than one club, he is often caught out of position, own goals and some shockingly bad mistakes which have led to goals.

I think there has been players equally as bad as him and possibly some even worse. What's amazing is how many clubs and managers have stuck with him, you'd have thought by now they'd realise he's ****.

Nigel Quashie, has been relegated no less than four times while playing for four different clubs.

Its got to be that player Souness thought was related to George Weah some years ago (Ali Dia is his name after looking it up!)

I would say Bramble is a very close second however! ;) although being a West Ham fan i could probably name a few equally shocking players, (with Quashie probably not even in the bottom five!)

Titus Bramble
Eddie Youds
Djimi Traore
Francis Benali
Pal Lydersen
Andy van der Meyde
Jay Bothroyd
David "TH14 mk2" Bellion
Massimo Taibi
Marco Boogers
Roque Junior
Igor Stephanovs
Eric Djemba-Djemba
Savo Miss-a lot-ovic
Salif Diao (can't believe I forgot him. A central midfielder who can't complete a pass over a distance of more than 5 yards, oh dear!)
Jean-Alain Boumsong (has some talent but was horrific in the prem)

Obviously, there's probably been worse players than these who only played a few games for smaller clubs, but those are some of the more 'famous' ones.

On a slightly different note..
Seb Veron...(roughly) £28mill + £14mill + wages, paid by man u and chelsea
58 (league) appearances 8 goals..Not the worst player perhaps but surely the most expensive flop...?

Shevchenko £30m +£12m(?) wages, didn't even reach double figures for Chelsea
Rebrov only cost £11m but that was a few years ago now, managed 10 in 60 for Spurs and 1 in 27 for West Ham.

True, so on my calculations, thats roughly £80mill for Veron, Shev and Rebrov combined...for a total of 31 goals in 165 appearances...meaning they've paid over a quarter of a mill per goal (without even paying their wages!)
