hes one of those players where everyone makes a big deal about when he makes a mistake but then hardly mentions the good games he has

its still crap imo but not the worse player ever

Reyes definitely shouldn't mentioned in the same breath as some of these players. You could maybe brand him over-hyped, over-rated or over-priced, but he's certainly not one of the worst ever prem players. He made a valuable contribution at Arsenal and was sold for around €12m

Ali Dia as mentioned.

I think almost all the usual suspects have been mentioned. Boumsong isn't a terrible player but you wouldn't know it based on his appearances in the EPL, it might just have been the curse of Newcastle which brings me neatly on to Stephane Guivarc'h, quite impressively bad considering he was in the team that won the World Cup.

The fact that he has made very similar mistakes for more than one club would seem to suggest there is a rather major floor in his ability.
