Hedge said:pressups are good , you will notice improvements within a couple of weeks. The increases are really big. i say within 2 months of doing them regularly, if you aint a big fat dude.. then i reckon you could do about 80 of em off the pop at least!

P.S. Do you do them very day ? Say start at 20 and add one extra every day?
moss said:I got into a routine of pressups last year and within a short space of time I could do 100 straight off. I found it was very easy to progress quickly with pressups, every few weeks you could add quite a few more. Dont do any now though, stick to the gym.

I might be wrong these days, but i know it was a massive increase when i last did em! lol. Tonight was the first time ive done them in a long time though. I bench press at the gym, but the pressups seemed to strain my wrists that time![]()
