First of all good on YOU, and I'm sure the lady that you helped is very thankfull.
But if you've been asked to give coment on the case maybe you should ask for this thread to be removed from the forum. I'm not exactely sure but from the moment you were asked to be involved in court proceedings you should stop making what you know public.

Nah I don't think thats right, iv told the truth and have never been asked not to by anyone, and even if I was I doubt I would out of a simple request, im honest, im not guna lie to protect these girls, they did what they did and now they can face up to it.ChemicalKicks said:

Sorry if that sounded like you should not say anything in the court case. What I meant was if this is going on to court and your going to give evidence by posting in THIS forum are you not invalidating your evidence?
I am most likely wrong, but do you see where Im coming from on this. In no way am I suggesting you dont go to court and give evidence just that maybe you shouldnt be discussing it before the trial on a public forum.
BTW You are very brave for what you have done to help that lady and deserve full credit

Ah, i see what you mean, I dont think it works like that, I think what your talking about is when your halfway through a trial, so say you go and give evidence, and you hear some evidence from someone else, you cant then go home and blab about it before the trial is over.
I'm pretty positive im aloud to tell whoever I want about my experiences that night and what happened when I got involved.

Heh, yea, fair shout, I guessed that was the basics, im a little concerned about her family or friends, what if we walk out of the court house at the same time or somethingvonhelmet said:
