Primera GT??

As some of you guys probably know I am currently selling my Corsa (never intended on keeping it more than a few weeks) after making a bit of money on it. I am now looking for an R6/GSXR600 and a cheap car.

Looking at the obvious mondao option, but also looking at the Primera (possibly the GT as it is a low ins group for the power, have to run a quote)
Anyone ever had a primera GT or had any experience of one?
Should be able to pick one up in decent nick for around £1000 1997/98

my mum has a Primera 1.6 SI, it might be under powered, but boy is the handling dam good

was this roadtesting the 2.0 modeo vs a 2.0 primera? there is quite a large difference between a standard 2.0 primera and a primera GT...(although they both share the same engine. but with different outputs)

i love my primera, it makes a nice noise with only my k+n panel filter, (apart from the rattly heatshield now and again grr). i have been playing a lot of GT4 lately, and surprisingly my GT gives me an experience that further my gamingin that respect, and i have new found respect for the car, in light of what i have seen on GT4. okay, its no Type R, but it was never going to be because silly nissan never fitted the SR20VE engines. (exc the 204ps 20V P12). which is a shame.

once i get the handling sorted and the race header i think i will enjoy the car even more
