US: Prison Break

Ha ha Joel Sarah did a Bobby from Dallas on us.

Well for me I loved season 1, 2 was ok and 3 and 4 were utter tosh. I remember them being long 20 plus episode seasons (if memory serves) and season 4 was the biggest ballache to finish.

So I am not sure if to revisit. ????

We've gone from episode 1 with Michael saying he's not Michael, straight into episode 2 with him escaping his room? Wtf kind of writing is this..

This has had more variety of locations usa+desert+N.Africa than last series - better imhop.

Fantastical that (intelligent?) Sara finds herself married to jacob/poseiden someone in the corrupt org (who looks a bit like Mahone?)

A Replacement for Gretchan too, with Jacobs' (Grace Jones like) oppo A&W ... will Sara dispatch her like Gretchan ?

just caught up with last episode (streamed perfectly on now tv/roku)

Bagwell dispatched the bad lady with his bionic hand - lol

Did they just run out of money (earlier comment about series length) ?
In just a few minutes they compressed the mission impossible'esque finale with the every thing will work out in the end feel good betrayed

jurys out for sixth season - had not realised 4th had been 2009 though

Loved the latest series but think that's a wrap, lets face it how many times can he end up in a Prison ;)

I think both are busy on other TV series also....

Watched this over the past couple of weeks, it's sort of brain-dead entertainment with huge numbers of plot holes. Lets' be honest here the only reason I watched it all is because of nostalgia for the earlier seasons and I could kind of just kick back without thinking too much. Some of it is so preposterous but it gets away with it because it just ploughs straight on, if you stop and think about how stupid bits of the plot are you've missed the next pivot.
Having binged Breaking Bad and BCS over the the past year the pacing is completely different, basically everything changes over the course of an episode. And I'm fine with that in general, I liked Strikeback for the rollercoaster action etc.

It's definitely run its course though, one of the challenges with this show is the need to shoehorn a prison in somewhere because of the name, and the fact that they can only bring back characters so many times from incarceration / death etc. Like T-bag is a great character, but how many excuses can keep being made for him being around?

I can remember hardly any of what happened in PB seasons 3 and 4, and I suspect S5 will go the same way.

I quite liked the cat and mouse games between Michael and that FBI agent (forgot his name, played by William Fichtner) in season 2. But it got a bit ridiculous when they kept going back into prison.

Ibit ridiculous when they kept going back into prison.
Hey now! You are welcome to watch any show literally not called prison break if that's your game

The show was amazing in S1; the whole concept was brilliant. Then it was a big reach for every subsequent season I think, lol.

No way loved every season :)
Come on man, was the next season the new cop machone was pulling out theories from his backside and knowing every move Michael was making. Then it kept getting ridiculous, few of them ended up in prison again. Then there's the company, it just went all over the place.
