Prisoners to be called 'men' and cells 'rooms' under new guidelines.

Don't these countries with 'lax prisons' also have some of the lowest re-offending rates in the world and some of the best justice systems?


Perhaps these countries have historically had an inherently much more law abiding and civilized population to begin with. (Low population, Low population density also helps)

However, while the authorities are in full_throttle denial, this low crime utopia is rapidly drowning under the weight of, erm, recent imports and the "Cultural Enrichment" that they bring and i suspect that these countries will be just as much crime riddled ****holes in the near future as everywhere else that have had a rather longer experience of "Cultural Enrichment"
